Manipulate NYHC team up with Ninth Inning clothing

New NYHC ‘all star’ band Manipulate NYHC have teamed up with clothing brand Ninth Inning to collaborate on some gear. Here’s what Ninth Inning’s Mark Champion had to say about it: “Our collaboration with Manipulate is coming this winter. We’re beyond stoked to team up with these guys on an original & awesome project that we all stand behind. East coast friends, be sure to catch Manipulate live as they continue to carry on the NYHC tradition. Necro x DMC “Murda Y’all” Video ft Emilush & Caustic

Necro just dropped a new video featuring the legend DMC and Emilush & Caustic on the hook. If I’m not mistaken the Swedish duo Emilush & Caustic put together this collabo, so I’ll assume the song will be on an upcoming album of theirs.

Necro is currently putting the finishing touches on his collaborative effort with Kool G Rap, another legend in the rap game. The duo is called The Godfathers and their full length album “Once Upon A Crime” is slated to drop November 19th 2013. So be on the lookout..

Madchild & Slaine Announce “Supreme Villain” Album

Madchild and Slaine are partnering on the forthcoming Supreme Villain group album, one of the first projects from the relaunch of Battle Axe Records.

Madchild and Slaine have teamed to form the group Supreme Villain. The duo’s new partnership also serves as one of the first projects for the relaunch of Battle Axe Records, the imprint that served as the recording home for Swollen Members and that has also released projects from Evidence, Son Doobie and others.

“We will probably put out a Swollen Members album first to launch Battle Axe Records,” Madchild says during an exclusive interview with HipHopDX. “But supreme Villains will be the second release and will be a top priority.”

Danny Diablo – Megatron video feat Big B, Block McCloud & more

Danny Diablo – Megatron video feat Big B, Block McCloud & more… Once again we drop a Danny Diablo exclusive!! He just keeps churning out these dope video’s off of his “The Blood Of Eden” album.
This time around “Megatron” gets the visual treatment. The track features guest verses from Big B, Block McCloud, The DRP and Chucky Chuck & Gillies of DGAF.

The video was shot by director Mando Gonzales and has a cool intro taking us all the way back to the 80’s. Every kid born in the 80’s (or late 70’s) loved the Transformers..

If I’m not mistaken Danny Diablo will drop two more videos for this record before focusing on recording & touring with his NYHC band Crown Of Thornz. Crown Of Thornz are set to release a 7″ / EP called “Nothing But Misery” later this year on Durty Mick Records. In October they will start recording with Tim Armstrong (Rancid) for a full length album, slated for a 2014 release.

Eminem “Berzerk” and Damian Burnz “The Stroke” share sample

Eminem recently dropped the first single off of his highly anticipated “Marshall Mathers LP 2”. The songs called “Berzerk” and is produced by Rick Rubin. Rubin’s known for his influential work alongside the Beastie Boys, Slayer, LL Cool J, Public Enemy and many more.

Eminem goes pretty ‘berzerk’ on the song dropping lines like: “The art of the MCing mixed with da Vinci and MC Ren / And I don’t mean Stimpy’s friend, bitch,” Eminem rhymes on the track. “Been Public Enemy since you thought P.E. was gym, bitch.”

While the lines quoted above feature references to N.W.A.’s MC Ren and Public Enemy, Eminem also names other celebrities on the track.
