Rancid team up with The Transplants & Crown Of Thornz for a 10 date summer tour this June. For Rancid singer Tim Armstrong this means pulling double duty as he will be playing with both Rancid & The Transplants. Renowned hardcore band Crown Of Thornz will be opening this tour. COT reformed last year and are fully back on track, preparing to drop a new 7″ in the next few monts and a full length record later this year.
The 10-date jaunt begins in Detroit on June 11th and includes an appearance at Quebec’s Amnesia Rockfest with Madball, Sick Of It All & The Adolescents. Check out the full dates below.
Rancid is currently recording a new studio album, the followup to 2009′s Let the Dominoes Fall. Meanwhile, The Transplants will release their new album, In a Warzone, in May.
